There's a little contest going on between the practitioners at Health Works right now. And everyone brought their A-Game.
We decorated the doors on the main floor for the Holidays. We each picked a door number out of a bowl, and although we had some prep time at home, we all set them up on the same day. It was brilliant.
So, the clients don't know who's door is who's. And they are the ones voting on the best door.
I spent an enormous amount of time on my door decoration. ENORMOUS. Mainly because one of the practitioners was smack talkin' that we could all quit before we started because they were gonna win. (I will name no names in regards to who started the smack talk, but I think the rest of us in the office have them SWEATING buckets with our amazing doors.)
I don't have any pictures of the doors, as today was a very busy day in the office - too many people in the hallways to get a good pic of any door at all! But, you should pop in and see the amazing doors. Get yourself a half hour reflexology appointment booked, and then vote for the best door!

Walk-In Mondays for Reflexology have been busy and FUN!
And in other news, I'm now available more often at the Wellness Centre! By appointment I'm available on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. I've also got some weekend availability for home visits, too. This is really exciting to me, that I have the ability to be at the Wellness Centre more often.
In other news.... A friend of mine has been running a home business for about a year, but just started up with a new website. I'm pretty excited for her! She's a great gal, truly professional.
Her business is a cleaning business in Midland, and she offers a REALLY cool service - Post Party Cleaning! Whaaaat? After your house party or office party, she comes in and cleans up the mess. If you want to check her out, Click Here.

Reflexology Workplace Wellness Program in Midland Ontario
How the Reflexology Workplace Wellness Program works!
Once a month, once a season, or once for a special occasion, the Reflexologist from Health Works Chiropractic and Wellness Centre in Midland Ontario visits your workplace.
A Reflexology station is set up in the office (a quite corner, office or boardroom.) and employees, volunteers or board members each visit the station for a half hour Reflexology session. This is a wonderful way to boost workplace morale, encourage self care in the workplace, and help the people in the workplace manage stress.
Each person will have an "appointment" time, to plan around appointments/phone calls/work/clients during the Reflexology Wellness day. If there are many people to accomodate, your Reflexology Wellness Program can extend to 2 days.
It has been reported from former participants of Reflexology Workplace days, that it has helped them gain focus and reduced stress, and helped reduce the feeling of pain during their day. All the participants have expressed thankfulness and appreciation for their workplace's concern for their Wellness.

Midland Ontario Waxing - A shout out!
Every now and again, I work with individuals in town that make me want to give them a shout out!
The esthetician at Midland Ontario Waxing is excellent in her field. She professional, and very good at what she does. I have her do my crazy wonky eyebrows. Apparently one is higher than the other when I let them grow naturally. She expertly plucked them to make them MATCH.
I've had her do my legs for me in spring, and my arms on occasion. (is this TMI? Waxing can be like that sometimes. ahhaha!) This lady is so easy going and yet professional. She's so good with people who've never had waxing before, too.

Walk In Reflexology is $30 for a half hour relaxation session. Regular full hour long sessions are only $45. And yes, you can walk in and ask for the full session, too.
