I Love Feet.

The reflexology is coming along swimmingly. My fingers have memorized the path on the foot, and my case study clients are pleased with the treatments. I had one lady let me know that I was very very good and this is definately what I should be doing!

I love feet. Relax the feet, and relax the body, I've always said!

I will have a room somewhere in the new year, but until then I'm working in my livingroom, or clients livingspaces.

45 to go...

45 pairs of feet to go, and if I can keep this pace up I'll be ready for my exam in about 7 weeks. As a studen, once I am done 40 case studies, I am allowed to charge or accept no more than $20 per session. I will have to start thinking about business cards.

I love business cards.

49 To go.

In order to be certified, and be able to write the RAC exam, you must do 60 pairs of feet. You should do the same pairs more than once, in order to see a progression.

I'm 49 pairs in. As I write, I'm waiting for number 48 to arrive. I hope that I can keep the pace up, and fit everyone in that wanted to take part in my case studies.

I think everyone is enjoying the free foot attention. :)

RAC Membership Card Arrives!

My Student membership card arrived today. I am officially a student member of the Reflexology Association of Canada. Whoots!

I have completed 32 hours of in class instruction. (We have one more class to go, just to see how we are doing.) I have 10 people that I am completing case studies on, and a waiting list of about 5 people! It's going well. My fingers remember the routine already. Yes, there is a specific and continual routine of manipulation that must be remembered - and the left and the right feet are different, just slightly, so there is much to remember.

I'm eager to get to the point where I can write my exam!

Reflexology to Reduce Stress

The less stressed out you are, the more resistant you will be to illness and disease. When you are stressed, your body becomes acidic, and an acidic environment is one in which disease will thrive. Minimize your stress, and you are far more able to resist disease.

Reflexology is a potent method for reducing stress! In some countries where Reflexology has been integrated into mainstream health care, research has been made that supports that reflexology has a profoundly beneficial effect on the healing process.

Reflexology is a simple and enjoyable thing that you can do for yourself to help keep your body stress free.
